**Who do I contact for urgent repairs?**

If you require urgent repairs, please call our office on **02 9647 4303** or contact your Property Manager directly.

If the issue occurs **outside business hours**, you may contact the appropriate emergency tradesperson listed below. Please also lodge the repair through the [**maintenance form**](https://chidiacrealty.com.au/maintenance-request) afterwards so it can be recorded and tracked.

**Plumbing:** Finer Plumbing 0404 115 496  
**Electrical:** Ziggy Electrical 0434 543 449  
**Locksmith:** Empire Locksmiths 0450 367 473

**What type of repairs are considered urgent?**

Urgent repairs are those that require immediate attention to prevent further damage, ensure safety, or maintain habitability of the property. Here are some examples of repairs that are considered urgent:

\- Burst water service or serious water service leak  
\- Blocked or broken toilet  
\- Serious roof leak  
\- Gas leak  
\- Electrical fault  
\- Flooding or serious flood damage  
\- Serious storm or fire damage  
\- Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity, or water supply to the property  
\- Failure or breakdown of the hot water service  
\- Failure or breakdown of the stove or oven  
\- Failure or breakdown of a heater or air-conditioner  
\- Fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure
